Oak Park Place director of housing retires

On Aug. 9 Joyce Nixon celebrated her retirement from Oak Park Place, after 10 years as director of housing. Joyce was presented a certificate of appreciation for her service to the community by the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce.
