I’d like to say a special thanks for all the people on Friday night at the Freeborn County Fair when that high wind came up and tore our concession stand totally apart.

Kay and I of the Great American Dawg Wagon want to thank three deputies from the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, the people from John’s Pork Chop Stand, Demetri and the crew from the gyro stand and the Freeborn County Fair people and all the passersby who helped.

We didn’t know what to do. My cash register was in the middle of the road. Things were everywhere. Everybody just jumped in and helped us picked things up and put it together. The canopy got destroyed, and they helped us put it together.

I have never seen anything like it in my life.
