I would like to put my thanks out to the local disc golfers who have put so much time and energy into making Albert Lea’s disc golf courses a friendly, safe and clean environment for my family.

As a family with two small children, the disc golf courses here have given us a place to play and grow as we learn the game. We have met some wonderful players whose care for the environment, their camaraderie and their sense of community should be shared by everyone.

I am so proud of Albert Lea for supporting this wonderful family game that lets our community enjoy the outdoors together, make friends and keep active!

Thank you, disc golfers, for the beautiful work on the new course so we can really get to experience the area. And way to go on getting trash cans and signage up soon. Thanks to all in the city who put their energy in!
