Freeborn County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert James Hanson for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol after a traffic stop at 12:52 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Freeborn County roads 17 and 14, according to reports.

Deputies arrested William Michael Oleson for second-degree driving while intoxicated and speeding after a traffic stop at 12:49 a.m. Sunday on Freeborn County Road 26 north of Freeborn County Road 46, according to reports.

Albert Lea police arrested Miranda Rae Stutzman, 33, for driving while intoxicated after receiving a call of a vehicle on the tracks near the intersection of South Broadway and West Seventh Street at 9:44 p.m. Monday, according to reports.

 

Man arrested for meth possession

Sheriff’s deputies cited Peter Jay Engen for possession of methamphetamine and a Faribault County warrant after a rollover at 26763 740th Ave. at 11 a.m. Monday. Neither Engen nor another man in the vehicle were injured.

 

Window shot by BB gun

Four holes from a BB gun were reported in the windows of the Albert Lea Vacuum Center, 1906 W. Main St., at 1:23 p.m. Monday. Damage was estimated at about $1,000.

 

Grass fire reported

A small grass fire was reported on the north side of Front Street near the intersection with Frank Avenue at 2:44 p.m. No other information was available as of press time.

 

Woman arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Rebecca Lynn Tolbers, 22, for domestic assault at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave., at 5:47 p.m. Monday, according to reports.

 

Window broken out

A window was reported broken out at Stevens Window & Hardware, 1109 S. Broadway, at 3:58 p.m. Saturday, according to police.

 

Vehicles broken into

A vehicle was reported broken into on Saturday night at 421 Crescent Drive, according to police.

A vehicle at 1202 W. Richway Drive was reported broken into at 9:29 a.m. Saturday, according to police. Nothing was missing.

A vehicle at 809 Cedar Ave. was reported broken into at 10:58 a.m. Saturday, police stated. Nothing was missing.

 

Pop machines broken into

Pop machines were reported broken into at 1619 W. Main St. at 11:39 a.m. Saturday, according to police.
