Police cited Makenszie Jo Boone for shoplifting from Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave., at 2:56 p.m. Wednesday, according to police.

Police arrested Jay Dylan Anderson for underage drinking and driving and criminal damage after police received a call of someone in a silver four-door Blazer who reportedly threw something at a neighbor’s vehicle on 608 Water St. at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday.
