Kelly Jacobs of Fergus Falls and Ray Besco of Albert Lea announce their engagement.

Kelly is the daughter of Greg and Sandy Adkins of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Ken and Peggy Jacobs of Wadena.

Ray is the son of Owen and Annette Besco of Albert Lea.

Kelly is in the human services program at Riverland Community College. She is a sales associate at Cellular Only.

Ray is the assistant manager at Trails Restaurant.

A wedding is planned for Oct. 6 at Grace Lutheran Church.
