Ed and Gwen Plantage of Albert Lea and Larry and Mari Broerman of Cincinnati, Ohio, announce the engagement of their children, Darcy Plantage and Joseph Broerman, both of Dallas, Texas.

Grandparents of Darcy are Ed and Virginia Plantage and Howard and Eileen Flugum.

Grandparents of Joseph are Wilbert and Norma Broerman and Arnold and Lois Conwell.

Darcy has her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dallas Baptist University and is an administrative assistant.

Joseph has an advanced diploma of worship and is a chocolatier.

A wedding is planned for Sept. 15 at Weston Gardons, Fort Worth, Texas.

After a surprise honeymoon, the couple will reside in Plano, Texas.
