An injury traffic crash was reported near the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Hills Lane at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, according to police. Reports indicated one person was transported by a private vehicle to the emergency room. No other information was available as of press time.

Garbage reported in ditch

A pile of garbage was reported in the road ditch south of 16027 690th Ave., Albert Lea, at 2:24 p.m. Thursday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.
