ST. PAUL — The wife of former Minnesota Viking Joe Senser is again asking a judge to release her from prison during her appeal on vehicular homicide.

Amy Senser appeared in Hennepin County District Court Monday where Judge Daniel Mabley said he would rule later this week on whether to grant her release. Senser received a new hearing because the judge who initially denied her request did not explain his decision.

Following the hearing, Joe Senser condemned Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman, accusing him of improperly prosecuting Senser’s wife.
