Allen Engen, age 84, of Albert Lea, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Arrangements are pending at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home.

William Oliver Fulkerson, 62, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at his home in Winona. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hoff Funeral Home in Winona.
