Edith June Velde Samuelson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died on Oct. 3, 2012.

Edith was born on June 7, 1922, in Cyrus. She married Paul Samuelson on June 15, 1946.

She is survived by her husband Paul at Lyngblomsten Heritage Apartments; her seven children; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She touched many with her love and warmth.

A funeral service is at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Chapel at Lyngblomsten, 1415 Almond Ave., St. Paul. Visitation is one hour before the service Memorials to Lyngblomsten or Luther Seminary.
