A free program, “Heart Healthy Holidays,” is scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea, Health Reach campus, 1705 S.E. Broadway.

Living with diabetes and celebrating the holidays can be a challenge. Cathy Klick, a nurse practitioner in Mayo Clinic Health System’s Cardiology department, will share ideas on how to enjoy the holidays while keeping your heart healthy and your diabetes under control.
