The Freeborn County Wellness Workshop, Community Education and RSVP are sponsoring the Building Better Bones: Osteoporosis Sampler from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Christ Episcopal Church. The sampler features bone builder exercises with Angie Flickinger, Midwest Bone Builder trainer, and a nutrition discussion. Flickinger is  the StrongWomen Ambassador for Wisconsin. She is a registered dietitian, has her master’s degree in public health and is a certified personal trainer. The cost is $9.
