Weddings: Stotts & Thompson

Nicole Stotts of Albert Lea and Cole Thompson of Glenville were married at 4 p.m. Sept. 22, 2012, at Zion Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. The Rev. Joel Vano performed the double-ring ceremony.

Stotts is the daughter of Mark and Andrea Stotts of Albert Lea. Her grandparents are Elinor Stotts of Albert Lea, Rex and Lois Stotts of Albert Lea and Orlo and Jean Willmert of Albert Lea.

Thompson is the son of Mark and Jackie Thompson of Glenville and Robert and Dori Etheridge of Albert Lea. His grandparents are Marvin and MaryAnn Thompson of Glenville.

Maid of honor was Courtney Gjerde, friend of the bride, of Bloomington. Bridesmaids were Karen Streff, friend of the bride, of Minneapolis, Emily Stadheim, cousin of the bride, of Mason City, and Katie Stadheim, cousin of the bride, of Mason City.

Best man was Grayden Thompson, brother of the groom, of Glenville. Groomsmen were Dylan Thompson, brother of the groom, of Glenville, Seth Holstad, friend of the groom, of Northwood, and Josh Flatness, friend of the groom, of Northwood.

Flower girl was Annika Willmert, cousin of the bride and daughter of Mark and Jenny Willmert of Shakopee. Ring bearer was Sam Willmert, cousin of the bride and son of Mark and Jenny Willmert of Shakopee.

Ushers were DJ Kjos, friend of the bride, of Albert Lea, Matt Schilling, friend of the groom, of Albert Lea, Caleb Claussen, friend of the groom, of Glenville, Chris Lee, cousin of the groom, of Conger, and Trenton Thoms, cousin of the groom, of Glenville.

Musicians were Janae Calusen, organist, and Jennifer Ordalen, soloist.

The bride attended Albert Lea High School and the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She is employed as a substitute teacher.

The groom attended Glenville-Emmons High School, University of Minnesota, Duluth, and the Brainco Minneapolis School of Advertising. He is employed at The Lacek Group.

A reception was held at Austin Country Club following the ceremony.
