Miranda S. Vogt and Nathan M. Olson announce their engagement.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Melanie Vogt of Madera, Calif., formerly of Austin. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. John Heichel of Austin and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Vogt of Rose Creek.
The groom is the son of Steve and Dawn (Olson) Hofmeister of Albert Lea. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Olson of Owatonna.
The bride is employed at Mercy Medical Center in North Iowa.
The groom is employed at Diamond Jo Casino in Northwood.
A wedding is planned for 3:30 p.m. May 25, 2013, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Austin. A reception will follow.
Following the wedding the couple will travel to California and will reside in Mason City.
