Rollover car found by field

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office assisted Steele County in hunting for an automobile that had been involved in a rollover. The report, with an incident time of 1:30 p.m. Saturday. The report said the subject walked into a residence. The vehicle was found in a field drive near the corner of 740th Avenue and 340th Street near Hartland.

 

Smoke was just wood burner

Firefighters were called to 204 First St. SE in Clarks Grove at 10:09 a.m. Friday for a fire that turned out to be a smoke coming from a roof because of a wood burner.

 

Truck hooks power line

A gravel truck hooked a power line at 2:25 p.m. Friday near 72939 180th St., Albert Lea, according to a Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office report.

 

Tires slashed

Tires were slashed on red Chevy Impala 324 Hillcrest Road, Clarks Grove. Barbara Olson called to report the damage at 4:54 p.m. Sunday.
