Sons of Norway Nomanna Lodge No. 52 in Albert Lea will celebrate Syttende Mai, Norwegian Independence Day, with a banquet at the lodge building on May 17. The public is welcome.

Social hour is at 6 p.m., dinner is at 6:30 p.m. with a program to follow. The program will be the Nordic folk dancers from the Elvesvingen Lodge in Mankato. Tickets are $15.
