ST. PAUL — The Minnesota Twins announced Sunday in a press release that they have placed outfielder Wilkin Ramirez on the seven-day disabled list with concussion-like symptoms.

To replace Ramirez on the 25-man roster, the Twins will recall catcher and outfielder Chris Herrmann from AAA Rochester in time for today’s game at Milwaukee. In 43 games for the Red Wings, Herrmann hit .238 (36-for-151) with five doubles, 12 RBIs, 16 walks and 17 runs scored.
