Man cited after dog left in vehicle
Timothy John Aamodt, 49, was cited for animal cruelty after police received a report of a dog in a green van at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday at 301 W. Clark St. in Albert Lea.
Possible injuries reported
A Chicago woman received possible injuries Wednesday afternoon after she reportedly attempted to change lanes and hit another car.
Jean Marie Lisner, 55, was driving southbound on Broadway in a Hyundai Elantra in the outside lane when she reportedly tried to move to the inner lane and collided with Mark Alan Attig, 35, who was driving a GMC Sierra.
Albert Lea police reports stated Lisner received possible injuries but was not transported to the hospital.
The crash took place at 4:42 p.m.
Items reported stolen
Items were reported stolen from the back of a pickup at 1205 S. Fourth Ave. at 8:33 a.m. Wednesday, according to Albert Lea police. The items were taken sometime during the weekend.
Garbage dumped
Garbage was reported illegally dumped at the end of a driveway at 74789 270th St., Clarks Grove, at 6:08 a.m. today, according to police. Garbage was reported dumped at the same address the day prior.
