David Passer

David Lynn Passer was born Jan. 26, 1963 in Wells, the son of Forrest and Rachel M. (Scherb) Passer. After graduating from Kiester High School in 1981, David enlisted into the Army where he served as a military police dog handler. On Nov. 5, 1983, while stationed in Germany, he united in marriage with Christine Kennedy. Soon after their marriage they moved to California where they gave birth to their four children. In summer of 1994 they moved back to Minnesota and made their home in Bricelyn, where David farmed for David Murra in rural Bricelyn. David loved to work on the farm and do anything mechanical. You could often find him working on or under a vehicle. He also loved to make people laugh, had a smile on his face and always had a joke or two to share.

David is survived by his former wife, Christine Passer of Blue Earth, his children: Sarah Passer (David Neubauer) of Easton, Samantha Passer (Ted Landsteiner) of Mankato, Forrest Passer (Jenny Smith) of El Paso, Texas, and Garrett Passer (Michelle Thompson) of Duluth, Miata Erickson of St. Peter; granddaughter, Macy (daughter of Sarah); father: Forrest H. Passer of Albert Lea; his siblings: Brian Passer of Kiester, Claudia Dolf of Stewartville, Jeff (Judy) Passer of Kiester, Cheryl (Brad) Propp of St. Peter, Darin (Rebecca) Passer of Albert Lea; six nephews, three nieces, seven great-nephews, and one great-niece.
