Garbage was reported illegally dumped on the side of the road near 79494 180th St., Albert Lea, at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Squad car damaged

An Albert Lea Police Department squad car was dented after a child reportedly threw a rock at the car at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday at 1101 Gene Ave., according to police.

 

House broken into

A house at 308 Euclid Ave. was reported broken into at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday, according to police.

 

Woman arrested for theft

Albert Lea police arrested Kelli Jo Torres, 30, for theft from Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave. at 6:28 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
