Albert Lea police responded to a call around 9:30 a.m. Friday of a woman standing on a car near 510 E. Hawthorne St. Police said the woman refused to give her name. Police requested she be charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, terroristic threats and attempted motor vehicle theft, according to reports. As of this morning, charges were pending with the Freeborn County Attorney’s Office.
