Albert Lea police arrested three people from the Twin Cities area after they allegedly attempted to steal 15 coats valued at more than $2,000 from Love’s Travel Stop, 2751 E. Main St., Saturday afternoon. Reports stated Percy Edward Jackson, 21, and Derick Lamont Melton, 21, were arrested for theft, and Latricia Shimira Pettis, 21, was arrested for aiding and abetting.
