A house was reported broken into at at 8:10 p.m. Thursday at 1011 Abbott St. while the family was out trick-or-treating, according to Albert Lea police. Items valued at about $1,400, including bracelets, a camera and a computer tower, were reported stolen.

Albert Lea police received a report of money and items that were taken from 514 Minnesota Ave. at 5:10 a.m. today.
