Man arrested for alleged strangulation

Albert Lea police arrested Daniel Dean Eggers, 28, for felony domestic assault by strangulation and gross misdemeanor domestic assault on Wednesday, according to reports.

Police arrested Minh Giong Tran, 24, for shoplifting from Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave., reports stated.
