Author and Waseca native, Rachael Hanel, will be at the New Richland Public Library for its open house celebrating the new library at 7 p.m. Nov. 18.

Hanel will have copies of her non-fiction book available, “We’ll Be the Last Ones to Let You Down: Memoir of a Gravedigger’s Daughter.”

The open house is free and open to the public.
