St. John’s Lutheran Home has a new name and a new brand.

It was announced Oct. 23 that the care facility will now be called St. John’s Lutheran Community.

A new logo has been designed for the facility as well. It features multiple buildings, and administrators hope the new logo reflects the direction the facility is moving toward. It incorporates the color red to show the heart and heritage of a red door in the Lutheran faith.

A cross in the logo conveys the faith-based aspect of the institution. Administrators hope the new name and logo show that the facility continues to grow and provide the best care possible for its residents.
