Ag-related scholarships available from Northern Country Co-op

Northern Country Cooperative Co. awards several $500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the company’s trade area, who plan to attend an accredited college. Programs may be one, two or four years in length. The recipient is to be enrolled in an agriculture or ag-related program of study. Northern Country Co-op has locations in Stacyville and Toeterville, Iowa, and in Minnesota has locations in Adams, Alden, Brownsdale, Conger, Emmons, Lansing, LeRoy, Lyle, Oakland and Rose Creek.

Interested seniors can contact their high school guidance counselor for an application form along with complete criteria and specifications. Home schooled students should contact the high school district where their residence is located. An application form and information is also available at the company’s website www.ncoutnrycoop.com. All entries must reach Northern Country Co-op’s Stacyville office no later than April 1, 2014.
