An Albert Lea man has pleaded not guilty to multiple allegations of selling methamphetamine to a drug task force informant and an undercover officer.
Anthony Carl Dugstad, 27, entered the plea Friday in Freeborn County District Court to one count of first-degree meth sales and one count of second-degree sales.
He invoked his Sixth Amendment right to a speedy jury trial. The trial date has not yet been set.
Court documents allege Dugstad sold just under 16 grams of the drug during three sales.
The first sale allegedly involved 4 grams on Oct. 2 in an alley behind Frank Hall Drive.
The second sale, for 1.3 grams, reportedly took place Nov. 19 at the Korner Mart gas station at the intersection of Main Street and First Ave.
The third sale, for 10.6 grams, reportedly took place Nov. 29 at a storage shed.
The combined total of all the sales was $1,150.
Court documents state one of the sales was to an undercover officer and two were to a confidential informant.
Dugstad remains in the Freeborn County jail on a combined $150,000 bail.
