A cooler at The Elbow Room, 310 E. Eighth St., was reported broken into at 8:17 a.m. Tuesday, according to Albert Lea police.

The Community Action Agency, 2202 Stevens St., was reported broken into at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday. Property was taken.

 

Man cited after crash

Albert Lea police cited Joshua Gene Meyer, 23, with failure to drive with due care after a crash at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Main Street. One person had a possible ankle injury but was not transported to the hospital.

 

Automobile reported stolen

A 1999 silver Ford Taurus was reported stolen from 800 S. Fourth Ave. at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday. The car was unlocked, and the keys were inside.

 

Thefts reported

Supplies from the Hotel Midwestern, 2301 E. Main St., were reported stolen at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday.

A TV was reported stolen from 1216 James Ave. at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. The theft reportedly took place sometime overnight Monday.
