Car reported stolen

A 1995 white Honda Accord was reported stolen at 7:07 a.m. Wednesday at 1614 Frank Hall Drive.

 

2 fires reported

A trash bin behind 2002 E. Main St. was reported on fire by a passerby at 11:24 p.m. Thursday. According to police, the bystander tried to put out the fire, but when he was unable to do so firefighters did. The cause of the fire remains unknown. Police stated there is no reason to believe the fire was a result of arson.

A car fire was reported in the parking lot of Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea, 404 Fountain St., at 2:33 p.m. No other information was available as of press time.

 

Items missing

A cellphone and keys were reported missing at 12:01 p.m. Thursday from 506 Minnesota Ave.

 

Woman cited for Hardee’s theft

Police cited Emily Alexis Mix, 21, for theft at 4:28 p.m. Thursday at Hardee’s, 1147 S. Broadway. About $200 in cash was missing.
