The Albert Lea High School Athletic Hall of Fame committee is looking for nominations for the 2014 Hall of Fame banquet, according to a press release.

The banquet will be July 11 at Wedgewood Cove Golf Club in Albert Lea. Social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. The dinner and inductions to start an hour later. The following day, a four-person best shot golf event will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Wedgewood Cove.

The hall of fame was established in 2010 to acknowledge outstanding athletes, coaches and state championship teams that made a historical contribution to the Albert Lea athletic program.

Proceeds will go the the Albert Lea Education Foundation for the sole purpose of lowering student participation fees.
