Woman cited for drugs, paraphernalia

Police cited Julie Kay Rippentrop with possession of K2 and drug paraphernalia at 8:12 p.m. Monday at 1406 Frank Hall Drive after receiving a report of someone who had been smoking synthetic marijuana and could not stop vomiting. K2 is a form of synthetic marijuana.
