FARGO, N.D. — One of 15 people charged in an investigation into the synthetic drug deaths of two North Dakota teens is scheduled to plead guilty in federal court.
John Polinski is charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances resulting in serious bodily injury and death. He would be the last defendant convicted in the case known as “Operation Stolen Youth.”
Polinski worked for a Houston company that allegedly supplied the chemicals to a Grand Forks man who cooked up the deadly synethetic hallucinogens.
