Man arrested for felony drug possession 

Albert Lea police arrested Alex Patrick Hernandez, 27, for second-degree felony drug possession and fleeing on foot after receiving a report of a suspicious person at 2:51 a.m. Monday at 110 McArthur Drive.

Albert Lea police arrested Ramon Langarica, 26, for fourth-degree driving under the influence after a traffic stop at 2:04 a.m. Saturday at 506 Water St.

 

Items reported stolen

A pair of subwoofers and a 100-watt amplifier were reported stolen out of a vehicle at 2:54 p.m. Wednesday at 210 Euclid Ave. The estimated loss was $430.

A PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and jewelry were reported stolen at 3:16 p.m. Wednesday from 1118 Shore Acres Drive.

A trailer was reported stolen over the weekend from 1420 Eberhart St.

Albert Lea police received a report at 6:43 a.m. Friday that $115 in cash and $20 in lottery tickets were reported stolen from a vehicle parked outside of 411 Maurice Ave.

License plates were reported stolen from a van at 821 Water St. at 10:31 a.m. Friday.

A bicycle and cash were reported stolen at 1:35 p.m. Sunday from an apartment at 606 Water St. The theft occurred sometime over the weekend.

 

Counterfeit bill reported

A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at 4:56 p.m. Wednesday at 820 Happy Trails Lane.

 

Damage reported

Damage was reported to a patio table and window at 10:43 a.m. Saturday at 405 Garfield Ave.

 

Employee theft reported

Employee theft was reported at 8:19 p.m. Saturday at Yamato Steakhouse of Japan, 2007 E. Main St.

 

Man cited for disorderly conduct 

Police cited Rogelio Melendez, 23, for disorderly conduct after a reported fight at 2:23 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Clark Street and Washington Avenue.

 

Smoldering boards reported at cottage

Dispatchers received a report at 6:53 a.m. Saturday that the Edgewater Cottage at Edgewater Park was smoldering. The fire was put out.
