NEW BRIGHTON — Police in a Twin Cities suburb say an ongoing dispute between neighbors has ended with a fatal shooting.

Authorities said one man is dead, a woman is wounded and another man is in custody.

Officers were called to a home in New Brighton about 8:30 p.m. Monday and found a man fatally shot and a woman wounded. She was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. Her condition is not known.

Police Chief Bob Jacobson reportedly said a neighbor called police to turn himself in. Jacobson said officers have been called to the area several times because of an ongoing dispute between the neighbors.
