Level 3 offender cited for assault
Albert Lea police cited Level 3 predatory offender Paul Arthur Berg, 62, for fifth-degree assault at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday at 1104 Gene Ave. after a verbal altercation between Berg and an acquaintance.
Police are continuing to investigate.
Break-ins reported
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report at 8:16 a.m. Monday of a break-in at Brinks Manufacturing, 75351 255th St., Clarks Grove.
Three vehicles were reported damaged at 9:14 a.m. Monday at 1507 S.E. Broadway.
TV, items dumped
A TV and other items were reported dumped in the ditch at 9:38 a.m. Monday near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 87 and U.S. Highway 69.
Property damaged at Northbridge Mall
Property was reported damaged at 10:27 a.m. Tuesday at Conger Meats in Northbridge Mall, 2510 Bridge Ave. Damage was later reported at the mall office.
Hit-and-run reported
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Johnson Street.
Paint remover damages vehicle
Paint remover was reported on a vehicle at 5:17 p.m. on the 200 block of South Washington Avenue.
4 arrested on warrants
Albert Lea police arrested Timothy Walter Lenze, 29, on two local warrants of driving while intoxicated and careless driving at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday at 1147 S. Broadway.
Albert Lea police arrested Moe Ko Tee, 24, on a Rice County warrant for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 5:19 a.m. today near the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Hammer Road.
Police arrested Jill Mardelle Register, 33, on a local warrant for theft at 6:06 p.m. Tuesday at 1503 Frank Hall Drive.
Police arrested Eddy Delossantos, 45, on a local warrant for a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday at 1016 James Ave.
