The Freeborn County Arts Initiative invites artists to enter work in the upcoming Body Art Show. This exhibition will celebrate Body Art in all its forms. The show will run Aug. 20 through Oct. 31. An open house will be held on Aug. 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. during Wind Down Wednesday.

This will be a juried show. All media accepted. Pieces that need to be hung must be wall ready and weigh less than 50 lbs. Art should be appropriate for a multi-use building.

Be creative! This is open to unique ideas and interpretation of body art.

Digital images should be submitted to 224broadway@gmail.com by Friday. Alternatively, they can be dropped off at the gallery at 224 S. Broadway on Friday between 2 and 6 p.m. Artists will be contacted the following week. Selected images will need to be delivered to The Freeborn County Arts Initiative Gallery by Aug. 16.
