The couple resided in Albert Lea where they raised their children and were lifelong members of Grace Lutheran Church. Don and Delores enjoyed going to the Eagle and Moose clubs and delighted in polka dancing and waltzing.

Delores worked for 33 years at Wilson & Co.’s meat packing plant on “queen’s row.” She enjoyed crafts with her ladies, knitting, crocheting, cooking, baking and doing puzzles. She was a tough woman, but very giving and selfless. She was always there to lend a helping hand.
