ROCHESTER — A campground owner and employee of a nonprofit Christian ministry is free on bond after making an appearance in Wabasha County District Court on criminal sexual conduct.

Forty-nine-year-old Paul Logan, of Rochester, is accused of fondling two girls who stayed at the Pioneer Campground in Wabasha in May and June.

Reports said Logan was released on $6,000 bond following a court appearance Monday. Logan was also employed by Faith Sound, Inc., which operates KFSI radio and Faith Christian School.

Logan’s attorney says one of the girls told him the entire story was fabricated, but that she felt she had to go along with it.

Three gross misdemeanor counts against Logan each carry a maximum of a year in prison upon conviction.
