Koch brothers get welfare for rich

The neoconfederate Koch brothers pledged $290 million for midterm elections. Their daddy is a founder of the John Birch Society. They claim to be conservatives, a word that is conceptually abused as “awesome.” They are the remnants of what had been the “Dixiekrats,” and have absorbed other T-Partiers and Libertarians, who constitute in reality anarchists all paid for by our tax dollars, rather than the filthy super-rich 500 who, being so spe-e-e-e-e-e-e-cial, have all the rights but exempted from the civic responsibilities such as taxes as the the rest of us 99-plus percent.

Written and oral advertisements for our local first-grade teacher running for the state Legislature, typical of these extremists, are shrill hysterical exercises in character assassination of her opponent who has served all of us, not only a few of our area as well as the state so extremely well. She boasts of “enjoying activities in my church.”

Is there a mirror of Westboro Baptist Church here in Albert Lea, effectively named “Eastboro Baptist Church”? Ah, well. It’s OK. As one of the right-wingnuts’ evangelistas, she will be a good soldier and help to once again shut down state government to the tune of billions of dollars lost for this state as with the last time. They have that good old-time religion on their side. Hence, they get the gold mine, the 99-plus percent get the shaft.

These corporate divine rights corporate monarchists are determined to push their hostile corporate takeover of what used to be a democracy at not only state but federal levels as well.  Democrats have the numbers to defeat these nutcases who are determined to ultimately drive people to violence on behalf of preserving democracy.  So, get out and vote to demonstrate that we cannot be so easily purchased.
