When Bob Kindler was elected in 2010, he set goals for the Sheriff’s Office. He took many positive steps, including:

• Reorganizing, which saved the taxpayers nearly $200,000 the first year he was sheriff.

• Adding a full-time emergency manager, an important step for safety and security of all Freeborn County citizens.

• Increasing training for all the Sheriff’s Office staff.

• Managing and staying within the budget every year.

He has done an excellent job operating the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office! He will do the same in the next four years!

Sheriff Kindler has remained positive and factual this entire election season while others have continually made false accusations and misrepresentations. The facts prove otherwise. It is surprising that global warming and the Ebola outbreaks have not been Sheriff Kindler’s fault! These false attacks are the result of a strong leader who holds his staff accountable. Some people are not happy when held accountable for their actions.

While sheriff from 1981 until 2003, both Sheriff Kindler and his opponent worked for me. Sheriff Kindler is the most qualified! Please join me in voting to re-elect Sheriff Bob Kindler on Tuesday. Thank you.
