Lois L. Stevens, 69, of Aitkin died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at Golden Horizons in Aitkin.  She was born Jan. 7, 1945, in Albert Lea to Lloyd and Hazel (Breamer) Gill. She graduated from high school in Albert Lea.

Lois was united in marriage to Ralph Stevens Feb. 1, 1963, in Hawaii. She worked many jobs in the Aitkin area including respite care.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Penney Anderson; sister, Shirley Olson; brother, Donald Gill; and her parents.

Lois is survived by her husband, Ralph Stevens, of Aitkin; son, Vance Stevens, of Aitkin; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Harold (Gail) Gill of Florida; sister, Mary Omen, of Albert Lea; and many other relatives and friends.

There will be a visitation gathering time for family and friends from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin.
