AUSTIN — Paramount Theatre in Austin will ring in a retro new year with the DC Drifters. The event, “Remembering the Fabulous ’50s,” begins at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The show will feature the music of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, Big Bopper, Elvis Presley, Pat Boone, Chuck Berry, Connie Francis, Shirelles, Bill Haley’s Comets and Patsy Cline, among others.
