Albert Lea finishes bowling season

The Albert Lea High School bowling team finished the season with a 5-9 record and posted a team average of 160.1. Albert Lea competed in the eight-team South Central Conference with squads from Faribault, Owatonna, Mankato, Le Sueur and Janesville. Albert Lea coach Loren Kaiser said about 100 teams bowl at the varsity level and 125 compete at the JV level. Chris Enderson led Albert Lea with 86 strikes; Bree Tlamka was second with 53, and Angela Reikens was third with 32.
