Terry and Karin Johnson of Morris and Mark and Mary Jane Pierson of Albert Lea announce the engagement of their children, Kelsey Johnson and Matt Pierson.

Kelsey is the granddaughter of Roy and RoseAnn Johnson of Browns Valley and Bill and Lois Krump of Morris.

Matt is the grandson of Carl and Sally Pierson of Maplewood and the late Sterling and Betty Kyllo of Hayfield.

The bride is a Moorhead High School graduate and got her master’s in communication disorders at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is employed by Aegis Therapies as a speech-language pathologist.

The groom is an Albert Lea High School graduate and got his degree in business management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is employed by Bobcat of Mankato as an equipment rental manager and in sales.

A wedding is planned for April 18, 2015, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Mankato.
