Diana Schmidt, 65, of Albert Lea died Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Arrangements are pending with Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home.

 

Lois Clausen 

Lois Clausen, 75, of New Richland died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, in Winter Haven, Florida. A memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at LeSueur River Lutheran Church in rural New Richland. Visitation will be the same day starting at 1 p.m. and going until the start of the service at the church. Bonnerup Funeral Service is assisting the family.

 

Mavis Thorson 

Mavis L. Thorson, 82, of Leland, Iowa, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015, at Lake Mills Care Center in Lake Mills. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Leland. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mittelstadt Funeral Home, 902 E. Main St. in Lake Mills, and again one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will take place at West Prairie Cemetery in rural Leland.
