ST. PAUL — Two 19-year-old sisters from St. Paul are accused of attacking people inside of a bus shelter while their mother stood watch.
Chellnea K. Fields and Stacie A. Fields are each charged with third-degree riot and fifth-degree assault in the October attack. Their mother, 39-year-old Kieviet M. Harris, also is facing the same charges.
According to a criminal complaint, the sisters simultaneously assaulted two people at the Sunray Transit Center. The complaint said their mother was armed with a tire iron, which she displayed, and prevented other people from intervening in the attack.
Security camera footage recorded the women entering the bus shelter.
It wasn’t immediately clear if they have an attorney yet.
