Sutter was reportedly driving a 2000 Chrysler Concorde westbound on I-90 two miles east of the Minnesota Highway 22 exit to Wells and Kiester when she went into the median for about 1,500 feet before coming back onto the roadway sideways, crossing westbound lanes and rolling into the westbound ditch.

The crash was reported at 3:46 p.m.

The State Patrol report does not indicate why Sutter went into the median but notes that the roadway was dry at the time of the crash.

She was wearing her seat belt, and it is unknown if alcohol was a factor, according to the report.

The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
