Group to discuss end-of-life issues

Published 3:26 pm Saturday, March 21, 2015

There is a topic that will affect every single one of us, but few of us are willing to talk, or even think about it. At some time we will all come to the end of our lives. Will we have any choices, any control, over what happens during our last months, weeks or days?

Compassion & Choices is a national organization working to provide information, choices and support to patients and families facing end-of-life issues. Janet Conn, Minnesota’s Compassion & Choices representative, will speak at a public gathering at 2 p.m. March 28 in the undercroft of Christ Episcopal Church, at the corner of Fountain Street and Washington Avenue in Albert Lea. This is a free, informal meeting to provide information and answer questions. You are invited to attend.

There is parking at the rear of the building, near the meeting room entrance.
